I love my slow cooker for soups, chuck it all in before bed and wake up to a warm hearty soup in the morning. Serve with charcoal toast or any GF bread and you wonder why anyone would eat sugary cereals or jams.
The spices make the difference: to speed up the process, I roll "spice-bombs" and freeze them. If you have an overload of veggies in the fridge this is the perfect recipe!
