Burrito Bowl

The mix of black beans and rice and lots of fresh veggies plus a super yummy sauce is the perfect lunch. You will be full for hours and no snacks are needed in the afternoon. Also easy to prep at night and take to work the next day! This wrap below was my first attempt, but the gluten-free (shop bought) wrap ended up in the shredder, due to its unbearable cardboard flavour.

The result was a super flavoursome bowl! So if you ever end up with a loaf of GF bread or a GF wrap you can't eat, don't throw it out. Click here to see how easy it is to still use it but hide it in the meal...
