Developing fake meat without Gluten/Seitan was an interesting task, and the testing process took much longer than expected. But I am super happy with it! The dough is so amazing, and I am currently experimenting with Plalami, plant-based salami....it looks like real wurst, even with mock fat in it....I will post it asap.
