This is a flavour enhancing mix based on nutritional yeast and spices.
If I need vegetable stock in a recipe I mix 1 TB of this with 1 cup of water.
I use it to spice up my noodle soup and the minestrone.
I also sprinkle it on my spaghetti instead of parmesan.

Ingredients
amounts for approximately 1/2 cup

1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes

1/2 -1 TB sea salt (I use one TB)

1/2 tsp dried sage leaves (optional)

1 tsp sweet paprika

1/4 tsp turmeric
-
1/4 tsp ground wasabi powder

1/8 tsp ground ginger

Storage
-
add all ingredients into a jar with a lid and shake.
-
The spices will settle and every time you use it, shake it beforehand.
